About The Role
Work within one of our specialist Security teams, ensuring the security and safety of customers, staff and premises in a leading retail environment.
You'll play a key role in the team's delivery of security within the communal areas of a high-profile shopping centre, supporting the public and centre staff. You will have a firm focus on delivering high levels of customer service, so you should enjoy dealing with members of the public. You will be working Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10:30 to 19:30, 44 hours per day, on a permanent, full-time basis.
Your main responsibilities may also include: - Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
- Provide assistance to customers and tenants as needed, including answering questions, providing directions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Monitor and operate the control room, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and car park equipment.
- Manage the signing in and out of visitors, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
- Conduct regular patrols of the car park to deter unauthorized activity and ensure the safety of vehicles.
- Be prepared to cover the duties of the night officer during holiday periods or other absences.

* SIA licence (SG or DS) is essential
* First Aid qualification
* CCTV licence (desirable)
* Experience of radio use
