Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist the Marketing Director in supporting the sales team (Retail and Food Service) with promotional activities and campaigns by providing logistical support, coordinating agencies and materials, and ensuring the timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Assist the Marketing Director in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's own core brands and third-party brands.
- Manage relationships with 3rd party brand partners, coordinating marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Develop advertising and promotional materials for various channels, including digital, print and social media.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop sales support materials, trade decks, retail in-store point of sales materials, online sponsored ads and product catalogues.
- Manage marketing budget and activation
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to showcase the company’s product and services.
2. Retail Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales within the retail showroom.
- Execute showroom-specific marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives aimed at attracting potential customers and enhancing the retail experience.
- Oversee retail merchandising efforts, ensuring that products are displayed effectively to attract customers and optimize sales.
3. Marketing Apps Maintenance
- Manage ongoing maintenance and updates for mobile apps (eg Food Service CRM, Food Service ordering app, Merchandiser App) with external agency. This include bug fixes, feature enhancements, platform optimization.
- Monitor app performance, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile apps. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs to enhance overall user experience.
4. Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to communicate sales and marketing performance.
