Job Summary:
The Compliance and Quality Assurance Specialist will play a critical role in preparing, organizing, and managing documentation and evidence for SSG audits. This position will also be responsible for planning and coordinating new training programs, ensuring that our processes and materials meet regulatory standards to maintain our status as an SSG-approved training provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit Preparation: Organize and prepare necessary documents and evidence for upcoming SSG audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all training programs, student outcomes, and relevant compliance documents.
Policy Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to SSG guidelines, including regularly reviewing and updating internal policies.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to compliance and quality assurance processes for smoother audit preparation and internal controls.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of our training programs meet regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1 years in compliance, quality assurance, or related roles; experience in the training or education industry is a plus.
Knowledge of SSG Compliance: Familiarity with SSG guidelines and audit requirements is preferred.
Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Quality Management, or a related field.
Skills: Strong organizational and documentation skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in managing records and evidence for audits.
Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate compliance requirements effectively.
