Description
The Senior QA Executive is responsible for assisting the QA Manager in developing and implementing Integrated Management System procedures and to continuously monitor and review the conformance / compliance to internal functions.
Responsibilities
· Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Integrated Management Systems based on ISO standards.
· Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement, non-conformities, and opportunities for enhancing quality processes.
· Conduct Corporate (office) and project Internal Audits based on ISO 9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001:2018 standards.
· Coordinate audits conducted by external certification bodies, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place and readily accessible.
· Generate Yearly Internal Audit Schedule and Yearly Quality Management Program
· Update and maintain CPAR (NCR / OBS) Log
· Review the closures of the CPAR (NCR / OBS) to ensure that the proper root cause has been identified and corrective actions are taken.
· Participate and prepare the reports for Management Review
· Assist in the development and execution of quality control plans.
· Plan and assist on Quality related events or campaigns conducted in the project sites.
· Prepare Quarterly Quality Bulletin, Quality Banners and Posters.
· Prepare Quality training materials.
· Conduct IMS Awareness Training.
· Assist in Pre-Qualification documents and preparation of Tender documents.
· Track quality performance and initiate quality improvement plans.
· Perform risk assessments and monitor risk management activities at quality level.
· To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
· To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects and risks.
Requirements
· Preferably Diploma or Degree in Engineering or other related discipline
· Preferably 5-8 years working experience in Oil & Gas Industry
· Attended training on ISO 9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001:2018
· Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Integrated Management systems in Construction projects
· Excellent written and communication skill
