Responsibilities
Support in full spectrum of functions primarily on Learning & Development and Talent Management :
L&D
- Conduct learning needs analysis
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions
- Develop OJT blueprint, curriculum, instructional materials
- Build annual training program
- Coordinate training arrangements
- Design and deliver training program, Train-the-Trainer
- Evaluate effectiveness to enhance skills and competencies of employees
- Handle training grant subsidy applications
Talent Management
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
- Prepare materials and post jobs in various channels leveraging on government support schemes
- Source and reach out to talents to ensure good fit
- Conduct interviews & follow up documentation for selected candidates
- Regular recruitment reporting
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires
Provide daily support in others end-to-end employee cycle activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma level
- ACLP or ACTA certified
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with NACE and Workplace Learning accreditation
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to go on the grounds and liaise with various stakeholders
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience as HR generalist with expertise in L&D and TM is advantageous
