As a Data Management Specialist, you will:

As a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (Lacs Program Manager), you will:

• Independently plan, design, and implement LACS, single sign-on (SSO), & IT security activities, projects, studies, or other types of work related to enterprise application authentication and access management.
• Plan, develop, and oversee vital IT programs for the ACISO-IO including security; determine goals and objectives that need additional emphasis
• Advise the CIO, Deputy CIO, ACIO-IO and other senior OCIO leadership in developing, promulgating, and implementing objectives, principles, policies, procedures, and standards for the Department's logical access control systems program in accordance with Federal security standards and guidelines.

• Serve as a Deputy Assistant Director for the Information Disclosure and Records Management Division (IDRMD) and supervise the day-to-day operational activities of the FOIA analysts assigned to your section.
• Ensure that all cases are processed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, guidance and policy.
• Ensure that all analysts properly redact and annotate all documents and process all cases from inception through to completion with virtually no errors in a timely manner.
• Provide top level leadership for the development of policy and oversight for compliance with the FOIA and other applicable laws and regulations.
• Keep abreast of all FOIA legal matters such as changes in the law and make recommendations to the Assistant Director, IDRMD of what changes to processes and policies need to be made in keeping with the current state of the FOIA law.

• Conduct risk assessment programs to identify areas of potential vulnerability in operating systems used throughout the organization.
• Prioritize and schedule areas to be evaluated and develop assessment criteria.
• Analyze findings and develop long-range plans for security systems that minimize risks, mitigate vulnerabilities, prevent security incidents, and insure systems reliability.

• Coordinate internal and external reporting requirements, briefings, and other forms of communications.

As an IT Specialist (DATAMGT), you will:

• Support development of data products and research by resolving data anomalies, tuning scrips, and defining derived datasets to support various research and development efforts.
• Develop workflows in current OFR data management tools and develop scripts in support of data operations and data quality initiatives.
• Ensure the metadata repository is kept current and review the data management and operations artifacts (processes, procedures, etc.) are kept current with periodic reviews and are supported by the metrics and measures.
• Support the collection and reporting of relevant metrics, measures and status that can be used to track health and maturity of the managed data assets.
