Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior IT QA Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance processes and a proven track record of leading QA initiatives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, collaborating closely with the development team, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Ticket Management: Create and manage ClickUp/Jira tickets with clear, concise, and comprehensive descriptions.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation in ClickUp/Confluence.
- Test Case Development: Fluently create, execute, and maintain test cases to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
- Requirement Management: Collaborate with the development team to gather, define, and manage requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and project timelines.
- Software Installation and Maintenance: Assist the team in installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications and tools.
- IT Helpdesk Support (Plus): Provide IT helpdesk support as needed, addressing technical issues and assisting users.
- Creative Content Creation: Create engaging short introduction video clips for marketing purposes to be posted on social media networks.
- Product Improvement Ideas: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the product, improving functionality and user experience.
- Automation Testing (Plus): Write and maintain automation test scripts to streamline testing processes.
- Error Analysis: Use tools like inspect element or Postman to determine whether errors originate from the frontend or backend.
- AI Training Using Python (Plus): Train AI models using Python for marketing and customer service to enhance our strategies and customer engagement.
- Blockchain Knowledge (Plus): Familiarity with blockchain technology.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 8 years of proven experience in a QA role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead position.
- Education: At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in creating and managing ClickUp/Jira tickets.
- Strong ability to write and execute detailed test cases.
- Experience in collaborating with development teams and managing requirements.
- Basic knowledge of software installation and maintenance.
- Ability to provide IT helpdesk support is a plus.
- Creative skills for producing marketing content, particularly video clips.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for contributing ideas to improve products.
- Knowledge of writing automation test scripts is a plus.
- Proficiency with tools like inspect element and Postman for error identification and debugging.
