POSITION SUMMARY
The QHSE and Facility Manager at Wrist is a key role that promotes operational excellence across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standard of quality, health, safety, and environmental responsibility, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Food Safety Leadership is central to the activities, ensuring proper compliance with regulations and effective facilities management.
This role takes ownership of implementing global best practices and drives continuous improvement. The QHSE and Facility Manager will spearhead the 5S program, enhancing organizational efficiency and maintaining a clean, orderly environment.
The ultimate goal is Total Customer Satisfaction.
SPECIFIC MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quality Programs Management:
Maintain the highest standard of our quality programs, including BizSafe, HACCP Certificates, and ISO standards (9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018), through vigilant management and customer-focused audits.
- Food Safety Management:
Oversee the Food Safety Management System to underpin QHSE and operating standards, ensuring compliance with local, global, and high food safety standards.
- Health and Safety:
Design and implement rigorous occupational health and safety programs to prevent workplace incidents, ensure compliance, and initiate prompt corrective actions.
- Environmental:
Lead the development of environmental management systems to minimize our impact on the planet according to our Group ESG policy.
- Risk Management:
Perform comprehensive risk assessments, identify potential hazards, ensure adherence to local HSE regulations, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Facilities Oversight:
Manage facilities, services, and maintenance. Oversee landlord relations, utilities, and equipment maintenance to ensure our facilities support our operational needs effectively.

- ESG Advocacy:
Ensure the implementation of our global ESG Policy in Singapore, exemplifying our commitment to corporate responsibility.
- 5S Implementation:
Implement a 5S program to enhance organizational efficiency and maintain orderly warehouse and office environments.
- Cultural Leadership:
Develop and train staff in a robust Health and Safety culture, empowering them with the knowledge to uphold our high standards.
- Continuous Improvement:
Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization, driving innovation and efficiency across all areas of our operations.
- Incident and Nonconformance Management:
Coordinate and support product nonconformance and accident investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and provide recommendations and corrective actions.
- QHSE Meetings:
Lead monthly QHSE meetings with management to discuss customer complaints, occupational incidents, near misses, regulatory changes, training needs, and action plans.
