We know that every member of our school team has an important part to play in making our school the special place it is. We are looking for someone who is at their best when juggling the demands of a school office but still finds time to welcome all that need their help.The post-holder will be the welcoming face to our visitors and parent / carers but will also carry out administrative tasks as outlined in the job description. This is a busy role where the post-holder will have to think on their feet and use their initiative in a fast moving and demanding environment. We require a proactive, highly organised and committed individual, capable of organising administrative activities. The successful candidate will: Have effective written and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Have strong IT skills across a range of office software. Experience of SIMS would be an advantage, although not essential. Have proven administration and customer service skills. The ability to build effective working relationships with our stakeholders.
