At the entry level of this position, you will:

• Conduct Working Capital Fund (WCF) IT Service Management and IT Business Studies, monitor the assigned Agency IT services and the WCF Data Processing activities, and evaluate service performance to provide recommendations to Service Management Branch (SMB) and WCFD leadership to meet divisional objectives.

You will:

• Coordinates the efforts of Business Operating Division training programs, including program guidance, resource allocation, synchronization of training activities, reporting, and metrics.
