Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support for students with SEND needs, helping them access the curriculum and reach their learning goals.
• Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions, using creative strategies and resources to engage children in their learning.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of classroom activities, ensuring an inclusive and positive environment.
• Monitor and record students' progress, working with teachers and SEND coordinators to adapt learning plans as needed.
• Build trusting relationships with children, encouraging their independence, confidence, and well-being.

• Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEND in a primary school or similar setting is essential.

In this term-time role, you'll work with children aged 4-11, aiding in their academic, social, and emotional development.
