- Serve as a customer service representative for Brooke Army Medical Center assisting service members throughout the Medical Center with finance related matters.
- Perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and office automation duties in support of the military personnel branch operations.
- Serve as the finance liaison between the Brooke Army Medical Center Troop Commander, seven separate company sized units and the Installation Finance and Accounting Office.
- Utilize several military personnel database systems to update, maintain, and manipulate information.
- Manage the government travel card training program to ensure dissemination of information about changes to the system are implemented.
