As part of a leading FM client, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems in their commercial properties are well-maintained and operational.

This is a full-time and permanent opportunity covering mobile contracts in Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas. The main working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

What we're looking for:

We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality service to residents. This physically demanding role requires you to work outdoors year-round, in all weather conditions, while maintaining accurate records and sharing best practices to continuously improve our service. You will also need:

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.
• Ideally hold NPTC or Lantra qualifications in brush cutter, pedestrian mower, ride-on mower, hedge cutter, and PA1 and PA6 for pesticide spraying (training available)
• A strong understanding of health and safety and COSHH requirements
• To be comfortable with basic IT and mobile devices (training provided)
• To be punctual, with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Hold a full, clean driving license (van sharing in most cases)
• Build relationships based on trust and respect and serve as a great ambassador for Bromford.

Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join their team on a flagship site in West London. This is a great opportunity for a commercial plumbing maintenance engineer to join a high performing team and to add to their skillset through industry leading hands-on training.

Duties:

• PPM and Reactive Maintenance on commercial hot/cold water systems
• Plumbing duties - Replacing Taps, Valves, Toilets, Pipes and Leaks
• Water Treatment - Legionella awareness, chemical dosing, TMVs, Dead leg removal, Flushing, Cooling towers
• Tap temperatures
• Isolating/freezing pipes and replacing old pipes
• Boiler maintenance
• General maintenance duties

Requirements:
