Shift: 3on 3off rotating shift pattern, 12-hour shift

Time: Shift times available are 16:00 -04:00, 18:00 – 06:00 or 19:30 – 07:30.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operative's to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced
environment, possess excellent attention to detail, and have a passion for producing high-quality food products. This role
involves working on production lines and may involve conducting quality checks, mixing and handling raw ingredients, and packing
products. The ability to lift heavy items and perform repetitive tasks is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate Production Lines: Work efficiently on fast-paced production lines to meet daily production targets. Follow standard
operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the quality and consistency of food products.
2. Quality Checks: Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to maintain high
standards of quality and safety. Identify and report any deviations from specifications.
3. Handling Raw Meats: Handle and process raw ingredients including raw meat (pork) according to food safety regulations and
company protocols. Adhere to strict hygiene practices to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product integrity.
4. Flour Environment: Work in an environment where flour is present, following proper safety precautions to minimize the risk of
allergen contamination and maintain cleanliness.
5. Lifting and Handling: Lift and manoeuvre heavy objects and other materials as required. Follow safe lifting techniques to
prevent injury and maintain personal safety.
6. Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks as part of the production process, maintaining focus and attention to detail to
ensure consistent product quality.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and efficient
production flow. Communicate any issues or concerns promptly to minimize disruptions.
8. Adherence to Health and Safety Regulations: Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate
personal protective equipment (PPE), following hygiene protocols, and participating in safety training programs.



Qualifications and Skills:

* Previous experience in a food production environment preferred but not essential
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Good level of English and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
* Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Job Description:

KEY DUTIES:

* Supervise and support production team members
* Oversee daily production operations and schedules
* Conduct quality inspections and address issues

* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement
* Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
