We are currently recruiting for experienced Production Horticulturalist who are highly motivated, enthusiastic, to cultivate a large scale vegetable cropping. Role Description: The position involves propagating and cultivating or growing of plants in a production horticulture environment. The work can be undertaken in either an indoor facility or shed, or outdoor farm setting, or both. The work involves a variety of activities involving plant nursery propagation, cultivation, irrigation and growing of vegetables, fruits, berries, nuts and other crops. The position involves some or all of the following tasks Tasks: Order seed, fertilizer and chemicals Select seeds based on weather and soil conditions and yield Prepare growing media and suitable trays, pots and containers ...
