We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Social Media & Events Executive to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for storytelling, content creation, and event management.
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating original content, and planning memorable events that resonate with our audience.
You’ll also be instrumental in helping us grow our brand across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as emerging platforms like Xiao Hong Shu and Douyin.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Development andExecution:
o Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, foot traffic, and sales.
o Create and implement original, engaging content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
2. Social Media Management:
o Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and manage creative content across all social media platforms.
o Develop and execute content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and explore opportunities on platforms such as Xiao Hong Shu and Douyin.
o Monitor, analyze, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics to maximize reach and engagement.
3. Event Planning & Execution:
o Plan and execute a variety of special events that align with our brand, from store promotions to large-scale activations.
o Coordinate logistics, secure venues, and manage timelines for flawless event execution.
o Maintain a quarterly event calendar to drive continuous customer engagement and brand visibility.
4. Public Relations:
o Support PR efforts by managing media coverage and building relationships with influencers and media outlets.
o Develop and write engaging LinkedIn articles and press releases to promote our brand’s message.
5. Talent Coordination:
o Identify and book talent for events and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with our brand image.
o Manage relationships with talent, influencers, and media to ensure successful event collaborations.
6. Liaison with Outlets:
o Work closely with outlet teams to gather feedback on campaigns and events, adjusting as needed to optimize success.
Ensure smooth coordination between the marketing team and outlet teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and events
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in social media content creation, event planning, and campaign management.
· Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiao Hong Shu, and Douyin
· Creative thinking with a passion for creating original, engaging content.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple teams.
· Ability to analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results.
