Must-Have

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:

-Professional Sales or Promotional Activity

-Small Business Owner or other Entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service and/or Account   

Management

-Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.)

-Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal)

-Full Time Military experience

• Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
• Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.

Nice-to-Have

• 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical related marketing.
• Strong track record of sales or marketing success, strong territory management skills, outstanding communications skills, as well as demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability and accountability.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,600 to $167,600. In addition, this position offers an additional quarterly Sales Incentive bonus. AUFGABENSTELLUNG:

• Selbstständige Prozesskoordination und Erstellung von AMNOG-Dossiers/Health Technology Assessments (HTA) als auch frühe Beratungen nach § 35a SGB V zu unseren Produkten/Pipeline, sowie deren Einbindung in die lokalen Business Strategien
• Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung und Implementierung lokaler HEOR-Projekte (Versorgungsforschung) sowie Erstellung und Präsentation von wissenschaftlichen Beiträgen (Poster, Präsentationen, Publikationen)
• Darstellung des wirtschaftlichen und klinischen Nutzens unserer Produkte bei den Entscheidungsträgern
• Aktive Teilnahme an lokalen HEOR/HTA Workshops und Symposien mit Fach- und Wirtschaftsgremien sowie Ausschüssen im gesundheitspolitischen Bereich
• Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den globalen Kolleg:innen aus Health Economics und Access sowohl für unsere Produkte als auch für die Pipeline
• Ansprechpartner für die Produktteams hinsichtlich Fragen zu Nutzen, AMNOG und Wirtschaftlichkeit der eigenen Produkte
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem medizinischen Fachbereich im Bereich Versorgungsforschung und Evidence Generation

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und ggf. Promotion (idealerweise in Gesundheitsökonomie, Medizin, Epidemiologie, Naturwissenschaften oder Public Health)
• Mindestens 2-jährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie, bei HEOR-Beratungsfirmen oder anderen Institutionen einschließlich einschlägiger Erfahrungen mit AMNOG wünschenswert
• Idealerweise profunde Kenntnisse im Bereich der evidenzbasierten Medizin, der klinischen Epidemiologie und der IQWiG-Methoden sowie AMNOG
• Erfahrung bei der Erstellung systematischer Literaturreviews und bei der Durchführung von Meta- und Netzwerkanalysen sowie erste Erfahrungen im Bereich seltener Erkrankungen sind ein Plus
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Ergebnisorientierung und Entscheidungsfreude
• Eigeninitiative sowie selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
