Job Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for the end-to-end installation process to ensure a smooth installation experience for customers.
• Providing consultation and troubleshooting of Customers' Premises Equipment (CPE).
• Perform triple-play services testing which included High-Speed Internet (HIS) speed test via the company's speed test webpage, perform test calls  from VOIP phone (incoming & outgoing calls and take down the recordings.
• Promoting customers on current offerings and promotions for upselling and cross-selling products.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with customers for a long-term partnership.

Job Requirements:-

• Qualification: Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science (Software Engineering) or its equivalent.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Highly motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.
• An excellent communicator who can articulate ideas and resolve engineering issues.
• Possess own transport

• 執行三重播放服務測試，其中包括透過公司的速度測試網頁進行高速互聯網 (HIS) 速度測試，透過 VOIP 電話執行測試呼叫（來電和去電）並記下錄音。
• 向顧客推銷目前的產品以及追加銷售和交叉銷售產品的促銷活動。
• 與客戶建立並維持良好的關係，建立長期的合作關係。

職位要求：-

• 資格： 最低 SPM/文憑/電信/電機工程/電腦科學（軟體工程）學位或同等學歷。
• 能夠說英語和馬來語
• 至少2年相關領域的工作經驗。
• 積極性很高，能夠在緊迫的期限內工作。
• 優秀的溝通者，能夠闡明想法並解決工程問題。
