Job Purpose
Malky McCormick is one of Scotland’s most renowned comic artists with clear links to Ayrshire, football and Scottish life. Working with the McCormick family and friends, you will be responsible for ensuring that an important body of work by the artist is catalogued, shared and celebrated. You will have a good working knowledge of museum documentation practices and a creative approach to developing and delivering a programme of engagement, including the curation of a contemporary exhibition, to diverse audiences. Working alongside our Museums Team you will ensure continuity of procedures and standards, and undertake additional tasks that will support East Ayrshire Leisure’s 10- year strategic vision.

Rate of Pay
Rate of Pay: £12.29 - £12.45 per hour
Hours of work will be 35 hours per week as per the attached work pattern.
Please note, this is a temporary position for 18 months from date of appointment.
