Based within the Allocations and Support team, you will be responsible for administrative tasks, ensuring empty properties are repaired and ready for allocation within timescales. This includes processing invoices, maintaining computerised databases, dealing with enquiries from the void contractor and other services involved in the void process, giving advice and responding to customer enquiries.

The role requires a person with excellent communication skills, who has the ability to deal with members of the public, prioritise and monitor workloads to meet deadlines, and work in partnership with colleagues or on their own initiative, according to demand.

Your new role

We are looking for a full time Level 2 Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible to join us on our journey. The position is a permanent one. Experience in EYFS would be an advantage.
