As the Manager, you'll be a total pro in early childhood education and clued in on all the best practices in childcare. You're a master at motivating and inspiring your team to deliver top-notch care and support to their precious kiddos. Plus, you're all about promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion to create a positive and nurturing environment for children of all backgrounds and abilities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a nursery or early childhood education setting
• All the top-notch qualifications and certifications for early years
• A solid understanding of early childhood development and education practices
• A wizard at communication and building awesome relationships
• A dedication to championing diversity, equality, and inclusion in everything we do

Responsibilities

• Make sure our nursery runs like a well-oiled machine, overseeing staffing, curriculum awesomeness, and following all the rules like a pro
• Lead and support our team of rockstar educators and staff members to help them shine
• Create a warm and inclusive environment for our kids, families, and staff, and champion diversity and equality at every turn
• Ensure our nursery goes above and beyond all the guidelines and standards for top-notch childcare
• Work closely with parents and families to build a supportive and open community within our nursery
