Job title: Director of Clinical Services
Rate Of Pay: up to £60,000 Per Year (Dependent on experience)

You will play a vital role supporting the Hospital Director in the delivery of exceptional quality, person centred care to our service users.
The Director of Clinical Services will be a strong and dedicated leader, who is passionate about delivering consistently high levels of care. You will need to be a proactive individual, with excellent administration and clinical skills, who will ensure the team delivers excellent person centred care, helping each service users or patient enjoy the highest possible standards of life.

Duties will include:

• Promote professional, clinical training & care & support planning within the home to maintain the health, welfare and wellbeing of the residents.

This role would suit someone with previous management experience in a hospital environment or someone with very strong clinical skills with experience of management at a deputy level. This role is suited to someone who is ambitious, driven and is keen to work towards a Registered Managers position.
About the service:
The 30 bed service provides a safe and stabilising environment for men and women who are in crisis, we support individuals experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and requiring an emergency admission. Service users may be informal or detained under the Mental Health Act. Our aim is to provide high quality holistic, MDT based care to assess, treat and plan discharge of patients to further treatment and care in the community, in their local areas as needed.

Shift Patterns: 40 hours Per Week, Full Time, Permanent

JOB TITLE: Minister of Religion (DIRECTOR OF EVANGELISM) Leicester Branch.

ACCOUNTABLE TO: Director of Board of Trustees or His representative.
Main Purpose of the Post: Preaching, Teaching and Pastoral work of the Minister of Religion (Director of Evangelism).

Job description

Primary function.—To lead the church to grow larger by providing kingdom leadership in the area of evangelism.
General function.—To work with and under the direction of the senior pastor as a member of the pastoral team to enable the church to focus on the Great Commission and to equip the church to carry out the five functions of the New Testament church: evangelism, discipleship, ministry, fellowship, and worship.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading
• To lead members of the church to a deeper commitment of personal evangelism; officiating Holy communion service, Christening, Baptism for new converts.
• To give oversight and direction to the evangelistic ministries of the church, including but not limited to: The Sunday School Outreach Special Evangelism Events Missions Ministering
• To assist members of this church in fulfilling the task of evangelism through new and existing ministries of the church. Communicating
• To preach and teach the Bible, believing that it has God for its author, salvation for its end, and truth without any mixture of error for its matter.
• To work with the senior pastor in communicating the priority of evangelism as a part of the vision for ministry that God gives to this congregation.
EXPECTATIONS
• The minister of evangelism is expected to be a servant leader.
• The minister of evangelism is expected to live an exemplary life modelling the call, character, and competencies becoming a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
RELATIONSHIPS
• As a member of the pastoral team of this church, the Director of evangelism is responsible to the senior pastor in all matters of church administration. In the absence of a senior pastor, the minister of evangelism will be responsible to the interim team leader named during the time of transition.

CHIEF INVIGILATOR

We strive for excellence in all aspects of our work with students; their academic and wider achievements, their learning experiences, the support they receive in their academic progress, their learning environment and their wider experience of College life. The College operates across two closely located campuses, next to the University of Leicester on University Road and a smaller campus at Regent Road.
We are looking to appoint Chief Invigilators to work during the busy examination periods throughout the academic year. The college runs six main examination periods each year:
• GCSE Maths and English external resits November
• Vocational (BTEC & CTEC) internal assessments December
• Vocational (BTEC & CTEC) external exams January - February
• A Level and GCSE internal assessments February
• A Level internal assessment April
• Summer external exams May – June
Applicants must be reliable, conscientious and flexible with previous experience as a Chief Invigilator being desirable, but not essential and will be required to be available to work consistently across these examination periods. The Chief post holder must be willing to take responsibility on the examination day for task allocation of up to 13 invigilators.

It’s now an exciting time to join local government finance, you will be joining our Corporate Accountancy team, leading employees who are responsible for preparing accounts, corporate budget monitoring. As chief accountant you will manage and inspire by creating opportunities to be creative and innovative, supporting team development and encouraging autonomy to enable everyone to do their best work.




Working on projects to deliver change and contribute to our strategic financial planning helping to overcome the challenges of local government funding restrictions. You will play a key role in not only the finance service support and development but plans across the authority.




In this role you will work 37 hours per week utilising our flexible working policy. Usually based at City Hall, the team are currently working a hybrid of home and office based.




What you’ll be doing




As Chief Accountant you will advise the Council’s most senior officers and present reports to elected members. Contributing to the development of the Council’s medium term financial strategy and policies.




Leading and directing your team, you will have management responsibilities to ensure your teams are best placed to protect the integrity of our financial systems and data. You will oversee their work on corporate accounting (including preparation of our statutory accounts), budget monitoring, capital programme preparation and monitoring.




What You’ll Need




You will be an experienced accountant. You must have an aptitude for finance systems, being able to provide high level strategic advice in a clear understandable manner.

If you have a track record in managing a team and delivering financial accounting services, have excellent technical and numeracy skills, are a strong team player, and have experience of delivering high quality customer service then we want to hear from you.




You will be highly motivated and organised with a positive “can do” attitude. You will be able to communicate clearly with staff of all levels and with people from outside the Council. You will have a keen eye for detail and a demonstrable record of delivery in a similar post.




As a leader you will also be able to not only manage but develop staff. Showing problem-solving skills with the ability to show decisiveness, innovation and creative thinking.
