Position Overview

The Guidehouse Energy, Sustainability, & Infrastructure segment is a go-to partner for leaders creating sustainable, resilient communities and infrastructure, serving as trusted advisors to utilities and energy companies, large corporations, investors, NGOs, and the public sector. The North Market Team within the Commercial Energy practices works with utility clients across the energy value chain to guide them through the energy transition. We assist our clients to:

• develop and implement their decarbonization and resiliency plans.

• support the strategy, design, and evaluation of customer-focused programs – energy efficiency, heat electrification, demand response, energy storage, electric transportation, distributed solar, among others.

• support the development and implementation of distribution and transmission investments to modernize energy networks.

As an Associate Director on the North Energy Providers team within the Guidehouse Energy, Sustainability, and Infrastructure segment, you will have responsibility for development of project results and client management on large engagements. You will own the delivery of projects and significant project workstreams and interact regularly with the clients to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting/leading day-to-day internal team meetings and coordinating/facilitating meetings with clients and their stakeholders. You will be expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to clients. You will lead proposal efforts for clients and be expected to contribute to the growth of our existing portfolio. You will lead, coach, and mentor others on the team to ensure quality analysis and deliverables. We are looking for someone with a passion for creative problem solving, client service, and project management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing teams responsible to provide detailed fact finding, research, and analysis on energy-related activities (particularly energy efficiency, grid modernization, renewable energy, customer programs, new business models, and sustainability)

• Maintaining, and strengthening existing client relationships and workstreams

• Developing and presenting research findings and recommended plans of action directly to clients

• Performing, advising, and reviewing technical and economic analyses and other work products of the project team

• Depending on projects, you will assess emerging energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies and summarize their trends, manage building energy modeling or field performance measurement and data collection, design and manage primary data collection activities (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups) or develop and assess strategies for utility programs aimed at increasing customer engagement and improving customer experience or reliability

• Leading the facilitation of workshops and working sessions between client departments and third-party organizations; review and approve meeting content, drive discussion towards consensus

• Providing detailed fact finding, research, and analysis on energy-related activities

• Communicating solutions and new strategies to clients through reports and presentations

• Contributing to sales of new work

Position Summary

The Senior Brand Director is the business leader responsible for driving the growth agenda for the portfolio. Position Overview

Autodesk's Digital Media Center (DMC) is a center of excellence that supports and advises internal stakeholders with digital media best practices to improve business outcomes. The organization operates like an in-house media agency, consisting of digital media planners, optimizers, analysts, and execution experts across paid search, organic search, display advertising, social media, in-product marketing, web content and new platforms. As a digital center of excellence, the team ensures that best practices and innovation are implemented across all activities. This role could be based anywhere in the US near an Autodesk office.

You will manage a team of 20+ within DMC and must align closely with our media planners and SEO teams to support holistic paid media and owned media activities. The mission of the Paid Media team is to ensure stakeholder satisfaction by aligning to goals and activating and reporting on digital media performance. You will be presenting actionable insights with performance improvement recommendations, designing experimentation test plans for optimal conversion, and evolving our in-house media capabilities to stay ahead of modern marketing technologies and strategies.

• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels across SEM, social, display and programmatic platforms, video streaming, etc. designed for brand-to-demand efforts

• Experience with multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling

• Direct experience with the predominant ad platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Adwords, DV360, Demandbase, TradeDesk, YouTube, etc

• Experience with ad operations, media reporting and QA, including implementation of UTMs, ad serving and pixels

• An understanding of the evolving MarTech space in order to communicate and orchestrate complex campaigns across multiple channels

• Experience using digital media analytics and reporting tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBI, etc.)

• Present didactic lectures and update lectures, exams, and outlines as necessary. (40%)
• Meet the duties of the staff nurse anesthetist. (20%)
• Monitor student records of monthly clinical experiences and monitor clinical "minimum requirements" monthly via Medatrax to ensure satisfaction of these requirements by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA). (15%)
• Fulfill the duties of the Program Director of the School of Anesthesia in his/her absence. (5%)

• Review and release student clinical evaluations through Medatrax. (5%)

In this role, this leader will help build Guidehouse’s Financial Crimes, Fraud and Investigations (FFI) fraud technology solutions. He will join the leadership team to ensure that fraud process and supporting technologies goals (as part of the larger FFI technology practice area) are met including: market share is obtained, profit and operational goals are attained, solutions and product strategy is defined and executed, vendor alliances are established, and resources are developed that deliver high impact to clients. 

The Director must have proven experience in building, growing and maintaining a fraud technology consulting practice across multiple industries.  Strong strategic planning and people management skills are required.

Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in one of the following industries with emphasis in Fraud detection and supporting technology solutions:

What You Will Need

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Associate Director of Financial Reporting will assist in effectively meeting company objectives by working with the Company’s external audit and tax advisors on external filings, submissions and other external financial reporting matters. Additionally, the Associate Director will lead the internal financial reporting efforts specific to month-end close and report out on close. In support of these responsibilities, the Associate Director will interface significantly with the accounting, treasury, and development teams.  Additional key responsibilities will include serving as the authoritative accounting expert for all matters impacting the Company, as well as creating and maintaining accounting policies.  The Financial Reporting Associate Director will direct and oversee the BMCHS tax policies and objectives including monitoring, reporting and planning to ensure compliance with applicable tax statutes under nonprofit tax requirements on both the State and Federal levels. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

 Responsible for managing all aspects of the BMCHS financial reporting, external audit and tax services.  Specific job duties include the following: 

• Lead the daily activities in the financial reporting, external audit and tax areas to ensure:
  • Completion of the annual external audit plan in conjunction with the external auditors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the external auditors as well as the accounting and reporting subject matter expert for the audit and associated engagements as well as for management.
  • Completion of the annual tax return calendar, including coordination with the external tax advisors as well as other members of management.
  • Completion of all BMCHS tax filings including but not limited to the annual 990 tax filings, state tax filings and miscellaneous other filings. This includes working with the tax advisors, facilitating the coordination and provision of underlying books and records to the advisors, timely review of draft statements, coordination of review with appropriate management and legal advisors, and follow through to the submission of the final returns.
  • Quality, accuracy and efficiency of external and internal filings and reports on results.
  • Identification of improvement opportunities related to process, including development of value-added recommendations.
  • Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the financial reporting and tax processes.
• Coordinate the BMCHS monthly close reporting, working closely with the various entities and functions, including the budget team, finance, and subsidiary entities. Ensure accuracy of the month-end reporting and contribute ideas to make the process more efficient and/or effective.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with management across all operating areas.
• Act as a resource to management to continuously identify risks and improve internal controls. Work with respective areas such as accounting to formalize the associated process and control documentation.
• Participate in financial, operational, compliance and technology audits, and consulting engagements if and when deemed necessary.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to expand the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial reporting (audit) and tax services function.
• Perform miscellaneous other tasks and responsibilities as arise throughout the course of the year.

• Partner with each of the region’s RSM’s to assist them in their individual BMO ETF sales efforts
• Assist each of the Regional RSMs in achieving their sales targets
• Champion all opportunities to enhance local financial advisors’ BMO ETF product knowledge; represent and promote BMO ETFs and ETF-based products at conferences and forums.
• This role further collaborates with the BMO’s multi-channel sales partners (Retail and Discount channels) to act as the subject matter expert with regard to BMO ETF products.

Relationship Management

• Create and manage advisor relationships within the assigned region to ensure optimum representation of BMO ETF solution set and products.
• Develop a database of qualified financial intermediaries within the region who have the potential to sell BMO ETF products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with third party referral sources (i.e. brokers/dealers) to maximize BMO ETF market presence and increase our market share.
• Provide subject matter expertise to the senior sales management team on market conditions and trends to maintain a high level of environmental awareness.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Planning & Strategy

• Implement the national sales plan within the geographic sales region including preparation and implementation of an annual territory business plan including promotional budget, to meet annual growth and retention targets.
• Provide strategic direction and business planning for BMO ETF products within the region.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures by identifying potential gaps and providing input and recommendations on Product launches and initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with sales management on regional sales strategies, priorities, sales targets, performance standards, marketing plans and accomplishments.

Authorities

• The role has authority to access and utilize all ETF product and Financial information (where applicable)

Cross-functional Relationships:

• Sales & Service – The role has authority to request and apply product knowledge information from other functional areas of BMO Global Asset Management as required in order to serve customers
• Coordinating – This role works with other areas of BMO Financial Group as needed to help generate ETF and other sales, and liaises with external network groups to understand the competitive landscape and other company product offerings, and to improve product offerings

What You’ll Be Doing

The Director of Credit Sales within Fixed Income Sales (under the guidance of the Head of Fixed Income Sales), significantly impacts the firm’s bottom line (i.e., trading revenue, deal flow, managing capital, client impact, external rankings, risk responsibility, business budget, external profile, etc.) and contributes to firm-wide priorities and business line initiatives. This is a critical position as it provides a lot of liquidity to the traders to both exit risk as well as source risk that we might be looking for on behalf of a customer.

Director, Customer IP Solution Architecture

What will you do at Ciena?

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual based in North America, who will contribute to the business success of Ciena’s Broadband and Routing Portfolio.   As part of the broader Broadband and Routing Portfolio PLM Organization, this role will lead and build a newly formed team tasked with ensuring customer IP solution deployments are designed and executed successfully. Drawing on a tight coupling with the broader IP Software/Platform PLM organization as well as close engagement with a wide range of internal teams (e.g. Sales, Services Delivery, Customer Support, Solutions Engineering) the successful candidate will lead overall Project Delivery teams for specific customer deployments.

As Ciena continues to drive increased revenue and market share of its IP Product Portfolio this role will be crucial for ensuring customer deployments are successful and meet customer expectations.  This is a global role and the scope of the decisions made will impact major service providers, Cloud Providers and large Enterprises in all parts of the world.

Responsibilities

This role requires both technical hands-on IP networking skillset as well as experience leading a team of customer-focused IP Solution Architects.

The ideal experience to enable success in this role:

• Deep operations and/or architecture experience with IP/MPLS networks across Tier 1 Service provider, Cloud Provider and Large Enterprise segments.
• Previous experience in customer IP Network Architecture & Design, including managing successful customer engagements from initial requirements gathering, to HLD/LLD creation/validation, MOP execution and deployment.
• Ability to drive extended teams to achieve successful project delivery/deployment.

As the Director for Specialized Lending, you will be responsible for the management of Bank of Montreal’s Student Lending, Specialized Programs and Retail Auto Loans portfolios.
