Role: Executive Officer - Application Management Team
Location: VMD, Woodham Lane, New Haw, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 3LS
Contract: Temporary assignment, current end date 04/05/2025 with possibility of extension
Hours: Full-Time (37 hours per week)
On-Site Requirement: Minimum 60% on-site presence required
Hourly rate: £17.96 p/h

As part of this team, you will work alongside scientific professionals, interact with the pharmaceutical industry, and coordinate with global regulatory bodies to facilitate the authorisation of applications.
Your Role:
As an Executive Officer, you will support the progression of application procedures, ensuring compliance with VMD's business targets and regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing, validating, and processing various types of applications, making informed judgments on each.
- Monitoring application progress to maintain adherence to established procedures and timelines.
- Preparing and issuing official authorisation documents.
- Ensuring data integrity within IT systems and handling queries promptly.
- Contributing to quality management by updating SOPs and other documentation.
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties like compiling figures, taking meeting notes, and supporting project work.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Problem-Solving: Ability to prioritise, adapt quickly, and handle complex information effectively.
Desirable:
- Experience or quick adaptability to authorisation procedures for veterinary medicinal products.
