What you'll need to have: 

• Bachelor's and/or post-graduate degree or related qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Communications, social media or similar
• Experience in marketing to traditional and hard-to-reach B2B audiences, via traditional and digital media.
• High proficiency with data analysis and how to apply this to decision making and impact measurement.
• Skilled in the building and management of multi-channel social media plans that align with brand pillars and PR priorities.
• Proficiency with digital and traditional marketing communication channels.
• Solid knowledge of customer relationship and stakeholder management, and content management systems.
• Will need to be available for ad-hoc out of hours work.
• Occasional UK travel required.

They are looking for a Catastrophic Loss Solicitor to join their West Midlands office on a fixed-term contract. You will assist the lead lawyer on high-value complex injury cases. Your new role
This Catastrophic Loss Solicitor role will see you handle a broad ranging and interesting caseload, working closely with the firm's complex injury claims team dealing with large loss claims. You will be working closely with a lead lawyer on complex, high-value multi-track and catastrophic injury claims arising from EL/PL and RTA matters. This is a fixed-term contract role.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified Solicitor/Lawyer with experience assisting in large-loss defendant cases. A successful candidate should also have experience handling their own caseload of multi-track RTA/EL/PL cases. Experience of indemnity, liability and quantum is essential. Excellent client care and interpersonal skills are required.

Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Parcel Sortation

Location: Coventry, CV3

Shift: Days - Any 5 in 7

Hours: Between 07:00am - 22:00pm

Menzies are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Operations Supervisor to support the efficient and effective operations of our parcel sortation Hub. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play an integral role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse and running a mechanical sortation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the parcel sortation warehouse.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimise productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing necessary changes.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to utilise flow management techniques and ensure timely and accurate sorting, processing, and dispatching of parcels.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in warehouse operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, utilising Six Sigma methodologies and other tools to identify and implement process enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a parcel sortation warehouse is preferred, ideally with expereince of mechansied / automated sortation
• Knowledge and experience in flow management techniques.
• Six Sigma certification and/or experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
• Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
