You would be part of a multi-disciplinary health & social care team who work towards regaining or maintaining independence and quality of life. The post holder will have an allocated caseload of patients under the supervision of a registered professional.

Working under the supervision of Registered Nurses and within Trust guidelines & protocols, you’ll assist in delivering the excellent patient care you would expect for yourself and your loved ones.

Your duties will involve supporting patients with personal care needs and will involve traveling to patients’ homes from various locations. We're looking for a Consents Manager to join our property team.

In this role, you'll primarily support the delivery of our refit projects in our food stores and funeral homes by making sure we have the necessary landlords' and neighbours' consent in place. We'll look to you to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external partners on anything from asset renewal works to licenses, terms and conditions and associated costs. You'll produce weekly reports to track progress and make sure the relevant teams are aware of any requirements to minimise risk to the business. What you'll do

* Review the terms of the lease on a property and identify whether landlords or neighbours consent is required

You will support a busy team with administrative duties, you will organise and prioritise workload, open and close files, maintain diaries, book conference and telephone calls, prepare meeting rooms, prepare post, liaise with clients, produce bills, prepare documents, preparing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax forms using the SDLT, screen and prioritise calls, deal with payments, type and submit records, transcribe messages and any other duties required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience, ideally property, conveyancing, or housing at a legal firm, you will be organised with excellent communication skills, you will have strong IT skills and strong attention to detail.

Your new firm
An established Accountancy firm based in the Stockport area are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Senior to join their growing team. This firm provides a range of audit and accounts services to their clients and have been steadily growing their portfolio for the last few years, with big plans to continue their growth, aiming to be a Top 100 firm. They have clear progression programs for staff and are going through an exciting period and it is a great time to join the team.

Your new role
As Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for preparation of accounts for a range of clients, mostly SME businesses. Their clients sit within a range of industries such as property and retail. You will be responsible for a range of compliance duties and will complete accounts for manager and partner review. You will be required to manage client relationships and deal with client queries effectively.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience handling accounts within a practice environment and will have ideal worked on a range of clients. Ideally, you will be ACA or ACCA qualified or part qualified. You will need strong IT skills with experience in accounts software. If you have strong accounts experience, the ability to manage your own workload, this will be an excellent opportunity.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary of £28,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience. You will be put on their excellent progression programme and given a clear path for development. You will be able to work from home on a hybrid basis and can wok flexible hours between their core hours of 10am - 4pm.
