Base Location: Slough, Bracknell or Theale
Salary: £33,063 - £38,404 + London allowance (Slough/Bracknell only) + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
What is the Role?
As a Rapid Response Officer (RRO) for supply restoration, you will ensure that you lead by example, operate safely, delivering the optimum performance against set targets including: Customer Interruptions, Customer Minutes Lost and Customer Satisfaction.
You will ensure all safety, quality, technical and commercial requirements are met whilst providing world class customer service.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- A formal qualification in Electrical Engineering, 11kV SAP status would also be advantageous but is not a necessity.
- Demonstrable experience of operating on an LV Distribution network and should be familiar with Operational Practice.
- It is essential that you are be able to promote and engage on safety matters at all levels and contribute towards a high performing safety culture within the team.
- Customer service experience.
