Production Operative responsibilities:

* Picking and packing a wide range of products into our red box's.
* The box will stop in front of you, the bar code will be scanned, and lights will go off to tell you which product to pick.
* Ensuring all food safety practices are adhered to.
* Safely closing our boxes once picked, ensuring they have the correct levels of ice and sealed to prevent contamination.
* General Operative duties such as palletising, unloading, hygiene etc.

This is a productive role, which entails leading by example. The Workshop Supervisor will be expected to be a “Go To” person for the workshop & Installation teams and to that end should have considerable technical and product knowledge.

The Key Performance Indicators for this role are:


Delivery of daily production schedule.

Quality Control check targets.

Ordering, controlling, and returning of all spares.

Maintenance of Short Interval Controls.

The Workshop Supervisor will carry their own daily run up target, when required. Responsibilities:


Allocation of production to individual members of staff.

Constant monitoring of achievement of the daily run up plan through short interval controls and confirmation at the end of each day that production targets have been met.

Completion of Quality Control checks to ensure that all engineers follow bespoke run up specifications and complete all agreed technical updates.

To assist the Regional Manager with skills assessments to ensure that all staff are equipped with skills and knowledge applicable to their job, and where necessary give additional training.

To ensure that all working areas are always kept clean and tidy.

Deliver training and coaching for installation and workshop staff on new and existing product in the workshop environment.

Ensure all physical movements of machines are captured in the system to ensure the integrity of company and customer assets.

Allocation of staff to assist with large deliveries/scrapping (liaising with Inventory Controller).

Ordering and controlling of all spare parts and ensuring all advance replacements are returned within the SLA.

Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred and previous forklift experience

- Basic computer skills for job despatch and paperwork

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional forklift certifications

We're currently on the hunt for an amazing addition to our Customer Experience Team. In this role, you'll be handling customer interactions through various channels like phone, email, and live chat. Your main responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving queries, and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. • Answering and recording all inbound calls and emails - ensuring resolutions are arranged and communicated effectively

What we're looking for:

• A basic understanding of business finance and customer profitability is important.
• Be proficient in using Google Office Applications and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Take initiative and have a genuine interest in going above and beyond for customers.
• Possess relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services and at least 5 GCSEs grade C or above including Maths and English.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
