We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our asset team as Lead Property Data Analyst. In this brilliant role, you’ll make a big difference support the delivery of our asset management strategy through regional business planning, maximising performance and investment.
You’ll work intuitively collaboratively with our wider Asset team, Maintenance and Regeneration to implement business planning that maximises the performance of each function and investment, effectively managing stakeholder relationships.

Typical day as Lead Property Data Analyst
- Through effective business planning and recommendations, you’ll support our teams to provide the right homes in the right places, improving standards and energy performance.
- Supporting robust performance management through reporting, using our systems to effectively analyse and interpret asset and property data, supporting business, Executive, Board and Regulatory reporting.
- Contributing to robust business planning and control framework by ensuring reporting systems are in place, supporting wider asset team activity such as asset performance model and regional planning, sales and higher risk building activity.
- Driving continuous improvements in our systems and processes, working with a commercial focus and customers at the heart of everything that you do.

You have
- Have a professional accountancy qualification or equivalent professional experience of managing, delivering reporting and analytical requirements that drive value and outcomes into the business.
- Experience in a relevant asset, reporting, commercial, finance or project role, with an understanding of underlying business processes, data management, business reporting and systems.
- Have a relevant degree and/or have substantial experience of working in social housing.
- Advanced Excel skills and be IT literate.
- Exceptional communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You’ll be intuitively collaborative, have an eye on the detail and can bring creative spark.

- Flexible working hours (or we’re open to agreeing a work pattern with you)
- This is a hybrid role, so you’ll typically work from home and spend 1-2 days in the office. There will also be some occasional travel and working from our other office locations.
- Able to use technology for gathering data, business planning and report writing, completing online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
