We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Manager to join our dynamic team within medicine.

Working in the role of Waste Recycling Assistant, you will be based at Lutterworth Recycling and Household Waste Recycling Centre on a full time temporary contract assisting customers to dispose of waste materials whilst maximising site recycling rates.

Key duties will include:

• Assist and advise with the recycling and disposal of waste materials at all RHWS, offering to show or help customers rather than tell them the correct place to deposit their waste
• Ensure waste streams are not mixed, and are separated correctly
• Maintain and ensure clean loads of recyclates before sending to disposal point and that loads that leave the site are not contaminated
• Maintain RHWS services in accordance with Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental management systems and follow health and safety procedures and safe systems of work
• Maintain compliance with all legislative requirements including the site operating and environmental licenses
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
• Check permits for vans and trailers, or for permitted waste
• Ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to

The Role:

• You will be on the front line of the business, speaking to a variety of customers including internal and external.
• Dealing with requests and updating the company system or forwarding onto the correct department.
• Follow end of contract contact strategy, ensuring each contact is tailored to that particular customer, advising of their available options and having a customer first approach.
• Self-manage end of contract and loans, ensuring the customer is contacted within the agreed SLA, providing a tailored experience for the customer and manage the customers' expectations.
• Self-manage all Non-Toyota & Lexus loans from initial contact to the pay-out and activation of the agreement
• Liaise with third party Centres to ensure customers' expectations are met.
• Establish an extremely good working relationship with New Business and Customer Experience.
• Manage ongoing relationship with external and internal customers.
• Actively reviewing current processes looking at ways the company can improve, engage in the exchange of "best practice" within the team.
• Using the company system, you will accurately input new data and follow processes to make sure time critical actions are completed when necessary.

Hours - Full time 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday) - office based for first few weeks then transition to hybrid working after training period)

I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer on behalf a client based in Epsom. You will need outstanding customer service skills, along with excellent IT capabilities. You must have a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be focused on supporting the needs of residents, ensuring that services are delivered on time and in accordance with agreed standards.

Job Role:

• To provide a measurable high quality, first point of contact to customers. Working as part of a team providing a comprehensive service for all telephone, live chat, and email enquiries. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service provided by the Contact Centre and the vision to provide a 'one stop shop'.
• To support the key objectives of the business in relation to achieving excellence, putting the customer first and providing a seamless "one stop shop" response to diverse customer needs.
• To work within a team to deliver all key accountabilities through agreed rota/cover arrangements.
• To adhere to the Associations' equal opportunities, diversity and health and safety policies and ensuring that effectiveness, value for money and efficiency is continually reviewed and achieved at all times.
• To deliver comprehensive advice in connection to all service areas to customers and team members, providing excellent customer service.
• To take responsibility of ensuring enquires are dealt with and resolved within target times and keeping customers informed of progress.
• To where possible, resolve face to face enquiries with customers.
• Within the team to manage the garage lettings and management functions and other allocated projects

Candidate Requirements:

• Call centre experience (inbound or outbound)
• Complaints handling
• Experience in social housing or local authority setting (Desireable)
• Good communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Practical knowledge MS Office packages, mainly Outlook
• Ability to learn new software quickly
