The Business Development Manager Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager based at our Heywood site, using a consultative sales approach, you will develop a sales pipeline and convert new customers across the allocated territory.

Optometrist - Role

We're looking for estate planning solicitors to join our technical Estate Planning team within Co-op Legal Services.

At Co-op Legal Services we do things differently, whether that's continuously innovating our technology to support your delivery or our tailored internal progression framework to support your development. In this role you'll manage estate planning cases end to end with a client-focussed approach to targets. You won't need to bring a following of clients with you as we will source new work for you. What you'll do

* own caseload of complex Estate Planning cases to include Wills, Trusts and LPAs
* use our case management system to make sure information is recorded accurately

* use your legal knowledge to mentor more junior members of the team

FM Conway is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Structures division and take a lead role in a major structural refurbishment project in South London. As part of our Major Frameworks team, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting the pre-contracts team with PQQs and tenders, offering valuable insights into buildability, health and safety, and tender programme development. You’ll also manage the coordination of briefing documents to drive design feasibility and deliver high-quality outline designs that meet client expectations. This is a permanent, full-time position based on site in South London.

The duties of the Project Manager role will include:

- Collating, distributing and coordinating the handover of pre/tender information to the construction team

- Providing up to date budget and programming information at all project key stages

- Managing, coordinating, reviewing and ensuring buildability of designs
