What does this role involve? 

As a Customer Care Team Leader, you and your team will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our prepayment customers.

Day to day, you will;

Service Care Solutions is proud to assist the NHS in recruiting a skilled Java Developer for a key project within the healthcare sector. This role will involve working on the development, support, and maintenance of Java-based applications used by hospitals for clinical audit data submissions and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications using a customised open-source framework
• Provide technical expertise in software development, including installation, configuration, and solution design
• Lead the design and implementation of software solutions that support critical NHS services
• Offer third-line user support and collaborate with the technical team
