As a Multi-Site Customer Experience Manager, you'll create a culture and environment where customer facing teams deliver exceptional service as well as referrals across service lines to hospitals, clinical services, and other wellbeing centres, as a part of a holistic healthcare journey.

You'll have responsibility and accountability for the delivery of all aspects of service lines along with the overall beneficiary experience. This is based around an overarching customer intimacy ethos and how service lines are experienced. The role is also responsible for the commerciality and revenue across those service lines, including membership sales and retention.

As our Multi-Site Customer Experience Manager, you will:

• Lead and promote a beneficiary led service, designed to support customers at whatever point they are at in their health journey.

• Manage the complaints process to agreed SLAs, monitoring trends and taking action to reduce the number.

• Effectively manage concierge / Front of House and fitness teams, and the Food & Beverage service.

• Manage and drive the commercial success of all key revenue generating services and member retention within the centre, including subscriptions, swim, Food and Beverage, Retail, Creche / Nursery, Junior Programming, and ensuring appropriate action is taken on feedback from member satisfaction surveys.

• Develop initiatives and a culture that will drive customer satisfaction, future sales increase, retention levels and subsequently profitability.

• Deputise for the General Manager.

• Relevant HR, Payroll and membership administration, ensuring compliance to all company policies and legislation, and ensuring that all systems (financial and membership) are operational and effective.

The pan London Neonatal Transfer Service is based at the Royal London providing both emergency and elective transfers within London and the Southeast. Primary duties will include leading the delivery of a high-quality neonatal retrieval service serving over 28 hospitals in the region, participating in service development and training of high functioning multidisciplinary staff. There will also be a responsibility to lead audit, service development and quality improvement

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CLINICAL FELLOW IN ONCOLOGY Title of Post: Clinical Fellow in HCC and Liver surveillance service evaluation fellow Nature of Appointment: Fixed-term, Full Time Post Responsible To: Dr Kiruthikah Thillai and Dr Terry Wong Accountable To: Clinical Director Dr Hartmut Kristeleit Employing Authority: Guys & St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust The Clinical Service Evaluation Fellow will focus on evaluating liver surveillance practices for patients at risk of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). This role involves analysing current protocols, identifying gaps in care, and assessing the effectiveness of surveillance methods for patients at risk of developing HCC. The fellow will collect and interpret data to ensure best practices align with clinical guidelines, aiming to improve patient outcomes by enhancing early diagnosis and timely intervention in at-risk populations. Findings will guide recommendations for optimising liver surveillance services with an opportunity to write guidelines. The post holder will work in the hepatocellular carcinoma clinic at Kings College Hospital NHS Trust for one clinic and will work across the South East London Cancer Alliance to collate data for 4 days in the week. Guys Cancer Centre Guy's and St Thomas' hosts a Joint Cancer Centre with King's College Hospital that offers a full range of services for the diagnosis and treatment of all adult cancers. Patients from across South East London attend for treatment which is not available at their local hospital. The Trust's cancer services are provided at both Guy's and St Thomas' sites as well as a satellite site at Queen Marys Sidcup, Kent. Oncology at GSTFT has entered a new and exciting phase with a state of the art cancer centre on the Guys site. The Cancer Centre at Guys Hospital opened in September 2016, providing a single point for both diagnosis and treatment. This centre is the hub for South East London providing specialist cancer services, training, development and research, facilitating better treatment and improved outcomes for patients. Cancer Care data Number of ambulatory day care beds/chairs (outpatients) 44 chairs (these are based in the Cancer Day Unit and the Haematology Day Unit). 10 beds (these are based in several locations across the Day Units) 3 treatment chairs and 6 beds in the Clinical Research Facility at Guys Number of inpatient beds: There are 802 beds at the St Thomass site and 288 beds at Guys site - total of 1090 beds across site 84 Cancer beds (core beds, made up of Medical Oncology, Clinical Oncology, Haematology, and Breast & Thoracic Surgery) Main place of employment: The post will be based at the Guys campus. Job Summary The post holder will work one day a week at Kings College Hospital working within the medical oncology team in the hepatocellular clinic and as part of a wider multi-discipline service. The hepatology service is an internationally recognised unit with highly specialised clinics. The post holder will see a combination of new and follow up patients and be expected to prescribe systemic anti cancer therapies under the supervision of the consultant team. The remaining 4 days will be spent on a project reviewing, collating and analysing patient data across the South East London Cancer Alliance. This will be under the supervision of the Kings College London epidemiology team who will support the project. The post holder will be expected to attend the Guys Cancer clinical fellow teaching program and will be given an educational supervisor. Duties and responsibilities: Clinical: The postholder will, together with colleagues, be responsible for the provision of Oncology services to the Guys & St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust to include: (a) Diagnosis and treatment of patients of the Trust. b. Continuing clinical responsibility for the patients in your charge, allowing for all proper delegation to, and training of, your staff. c. The bulk of the role will be in the Clinical Research Facility and Outpatient Clinics. Training of junior staff: The postholders will not have direct responsibility for training of junior staff Teaching: The postholder may contribute as appropriate in the teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate students if they wish. Clinical Governance: All medical and dental staff are expected to take part in clinical governance activity, including clinical audit, clinical guideline and protocol development and clinical risk management.
