Reporting to the Plant Manager, the ideal candidate will come from a mechanical or electrical background and have in-depth knowledge and experience in heavy industry with a proven track record in good manufacturing practice and lean principles.

You will be responsible for all mechanical and electrical maintenance work, automation, site projects and maintenance systems on site. You will work closely with operations to manage the sites' production capacity to deliver on the Group's strategic objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Lead the maintenance team of fitters and electricians to deliver high performance process efficiency.
