Production Administrator – London (3 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Murphy is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our Infrastructure team on the SCSjv framework. The role is a fixed term contract for 3 months and would be a combination of home working and site based in our Acton office.

- Provide a proactive, efficient, and effective general administrative support on site including inputting, data extraction, photocopying, emailing, filing duties as directed
- Minute taking & ensuring actions are followed through correctly.
- Maintain an electronic document control system to meet the needs of the project.
- Assist with producing accurate reports as required by the site team (i.e. monthly stats report, H&S monitoring trends, KPIs reports etc)
- Log files/information on the project systems as required (Airsweb, Themis etc)
- Assist with the organisation of ad-hoc events and welcome visitors on site as necessary
- Maintain and update information and records such as site registers, Toolbox Talks etc
- Management of Intelex (H&S recording and reporting system)
- Receiving, capturing, collating and distributing information (i.e. H&S Weekly Information Pack etc)
- Support site team with day to day activities
- Promote and encourage a positive attitude to Health and Safety
- Handle delegated administrative tasks from colleagues efficiently to help the project run smoothly, ensure flexibility to meet project demands
- Attend and participate in team meetings
- Working in various areas of the project to help develop skills, knowledge and experience in all aspects of administration
Who we are looking for
- Previous experience as Administrator ideally within the construction sector
- Experience of the Infrastructure / Civil / Engineering / Construction industry
- Previous document control experience would be preferable
- Knowledge and experience of operating IT systems, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access and/or dedicated Electronic Document Management Systems such as Aconex, ProjectWise etc
- A real can-do attitude, and professional outlook and positive influencer
