Sales Stylist are responsible for implementing a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:      

• Show a thorough understanding of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service to every Levi’s® Store customer using The 3C’s of Success:Connect, Consult & Close
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily
• Comply with Levi’s® Stores cash handling guidelines
• Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs
• Assist stock associates with replenishment and security tagging of merchandise on the selling floor as needed
• Assist in pricing of merchandise as needed
• Assist in maintaining store appearance in accordance with Levi’s®Stores visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures
• Rapid and accurate sales floor refill and replenishment through RFID-enabled inventory processes
• Basic technology skills – familiarity with iOS, basic device troubleshooting, read and understand technical training manuals

Basic Qualifications:      

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred

What will you be doing?



The Account-Based Marketing (ABM) function is an insights-led team required to understand the challenges and needs of strategic prospective customers so that Veolia can engage and nurture to position Veolia front of mind in the event of a live opportunity.



You will develop and execute marketing strategies that focus on specific target accounts with your primary goal being to drive growth and revenue by creating personalised marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to prospective customers' needs and preferences.



With the support of an ABM Assistant, the ABM Executive will work closely with the Business Development and Proposition teams and our account managers to identify target accounts, understand their business objectives, and develop strategies to engage and nurture these accounts throughout the customer journey.



Using the latest marketing tools and channels, such as digital automation, content marketing, email marketing campaigns, and events, to deliver targeted messages and experiences to key stakeholders within the target accounts.

What are we looking for?

• Marketing experience, including the use of research tools and techniques, and data analytics and reporting. Knowledge of Marketing Cloud and Salesforce would be a distinct advantage.
  
• Ability to develop and deliver segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies at sector and account level
  
• Stakeholder mapping, along with strong communication and storytelling are also essential
  
• Experience of copywriting and published content would also be advantageous
  
• Someone with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude to get stuck in amongst the team in a fast paced environment
  
• The ability to build relationships based on collaboration, analysis and trust and use relationships to drive learning and creativity, with strong communication and people skills
