Your role at Superdrug as one of our Sales Advisers will be all about serving customers where you will deliver excellent service and make sure customers don’t miss out on any of our great Star Buys. You’ll help ensure that the store is well stocked, and a high level of store presentation is maintained and will actively be involved in achieving the store targets. To support your development, you’ll also can be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our fast-growing piercing business in store.

In our Apprentice Sales Advisers, we look for a positive mindset, people who can support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved.

Your role at Superdrug as one of our Apprentice Sales Advisers will be all about serving customers mostly at the till point where you will deliver excellent service and make sure customers don’t miss out on any of our great Star Buys. Your Assessor and store team will work with you to improve your communication, team work and organisational skills. They will support you with your employability skills including interview skills, CV preparation, managing your money, health, and wellbeing.

Are you an immediately available new homes Sales Executive looking for a new opportunity?

A leading house builder have a requirement for an experienced Home Sales Executive for a new build development in the North West.

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be the key customer contact responsible for the onsite sales complex and dealing with all sales enquiries through to legal completion. Duties include:

• Receiving telephone enquiries from potential customers and provide appropriate sales information to encourage them to visit site
• Maintaining contact with potential customers through regular updates of promotions etc
• Maintaining regular contact with existing customers on all aspects of build, sales and progression
• Closing sales by completing the reservation form and taking reservation deposits in line with the Development Price List
• Liaising with the Regional Sales Manager to obtain approval for proposed sales and follow the due process for non-dependent sales and assisted sales as appropriate
• Selling the benefits of, and advise customers to use, the company recommended solicitor and financial advisor
• Ensuring the show home is open accordingly subject to Winter or Summer agreed working hours
• Organising the maintenance, cleanliness and presentation of the Sales Information Centre, Show Home and Landscaping to the highest standard
• Updating and maintaining customer records on COINS, following up and chasing outstanding information as necessary
• Holding and writing minutes for weekly meetings with the Site Manager in order to monitor and progress each plot

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Weekend working including Bank Holidays for key selling times and events
• Proven sales skills evidenced by meeting sales targets in previous position
• Broad product knowledge of the housing market
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Computer literate
• Ability to work unsupervised and to follow procedures
