CACI has an opening for a Navy Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) Senior Logistics Analyst (SLA) under the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) contract to support Navy clients at CNAP N412, NASNI, Coronado, CA.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Serve as the CNAP N412 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to deliver NFL Logistics Training Service (LTS) to CNAP N41 staff and CVN clients.

More About the Role:

• Assist with CVN Level Set, Smart Offload, DLR RECON tasks for CVPAC CVNs.

• Serve as CNAP N412 Back-Up SME during TTAV, TAV, SMA, SMI visits onboard CVNs.

• Troubleshoot NTCSS AIS problems with focus on RSupply.

• Develop and facilitate formal training on CVN Readiness DIV topics.

• Provide Formal Classroom training and remote/on-site, On the Job/Over the Shoulder (OJT/OTS) Training to CVN clients.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• DoD Secret Clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline. 

• 8 years of experience in Navy logistics, AIS, Inventory, and Financial management,  

• As a substitute for education requirements, eight years of experience in a Naval logistics, AIS, Inventory, and Financial management may be utilized. Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Ideal candidate would be a former Navy Enlisted Logistics Specialist (LS) with CVN/L-Ship tour background with strong NTCSS Force Level AIS experience and S-1 DIV/FAS background.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600 - 129,300 USD

Use electric-powered industrial trucks with lifting devices to move products, equipment, and materials while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Ensure the proper loading and unloading of materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Position forks, lifting platform, or other lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials, transports, load and unload to a designated area 
• List materials and record weight, counts, and condition of frozen food items via a Radio Frequency (RF) system 
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet
• Lead safety inspections on truck chalking and glad-hand process
• Communicate with semi-truck drivers to ensure safety precautions 
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   

• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment

BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for regularly managing and directing the work of a team of Fleet Drivers, Dispatchers, Coordinators, Analysts, Logistics Associates, or other positions deemed necessary in performing the Transportation related operational functions within a designated territory.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Associate Development:

• Directly manage territory Fleet Drivers including the performance development, scheduling and training, etc.
• Work with internal fleet drivers to share goals and strategy in local market
• Ensures positive associate engagement and associate development through timely and   effective feedback, to include individual meetings, file reviews, performance management, and the Annual Performance Review (APR) process

Executing day to day operational logistics functions:

• Problem solve and exercise judgement to make modifications to daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers
• Directly manage regional fleet drivers including fleet safety within the region
• Achieve daily KPI metrics to include 98% or better on time performance score, Bill of Lading utilization as determined in each lane by the senior manager, dwell time management
• Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day by answering incoming calls
• Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers  
• Monitor route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries
• Champion and implement both company and store initiatives for consistent execution, continuous improvement and ensures team is trained on CarMax standards
• Utilize reports, analyzes information, and monitors trends to identify opportunities in the territory
• Monitors standard reporting for their territory to determine priority level of moves.
• Communicate to key stakeholders all pertinent information captured after all store visits, conference calls, work groups and team meetings.  
• Partners across Merchandising, Operations, & Sales to produce daily ship plan with staffing targets
• Partner with third party vendors to provide fleet coverage as needed
• Manage daily hub operations which includes coordination of shipping and receiving
• Partner with Senior store leadership to address operational constraints
• Responsible for maintenance and repairs for all fleet equipment to include scheduling and partnering with lease vendors
• Displays financial responsibility

Internal Fleet Management:

• Monitor our telematics provider for violations or safety concerns and provide feedback to fleet drivers
• Coordinates with Background Screening and ensures all internal fleet driver DOT qualification documents, and DOT requirements, are current and in compliance with DOT regulation.
• Work with CarMax telematics solution to measure fleet performance
• Communicate KPIs to ensure service alignment & visibility to stores
• Partner with Home Office Logistics team to align performance and future needs.

PURPOSE OF JOB: The Internal Import/Export Customer Service will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that clients might face with accuracy and efficiency for product being imported and exported. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction by responding to Local & Export customers' enquiries and be a conduit for technical assistance within one to two business days. Order Management on ALL export orders 2. Create and administer ALL Export Documentation (SLI's for WH, Logistics, Trade Compliance) 3. Provide Customer Service Support by troubleshooting advice to all end users and distributors who request it on Graco products and standard applications. 5. Creation of Customer BO reports for NZ Sales Team 6. Assist in the management and procurement of products by liasing with production and planning (US Based) 7. Prepare quotations in response to inquiries for pricing and product availability. 8. Make promise date commitments to customers as required and follow through to ensure that commitments are either met or the customer receives as much advance notice as possible. If backorder delivery cannot be met then search and offer an alternative/substitute within the technical scope. 9. Coordinate all communications relative to routine quotes, including price information, sales leads, and delivery time to 10. Directly communicate with end users, distributors, (EXPORT) sales, via phone, Partner Portal (Internally developed system). 11. Build a reference library containing technical data to expedite the resolution of customer enquiries. 12. Develop and maintain good customer relations to consolidate Graco's market leadership. 13. Document and manage equipment sales leads and ensure they are delegated to the relevant GAU sales manager for follow up. 14. Engage in a continuing program of learning in order to: a) Improve and broaden knowledge of products, applications, technology, sales and prices, etc. b) Acquire knowledge of competitive product line, product information, catalogues, advertising, pricing, etc. c) Acquire knowledge of customer organization, purchasing, distribution, merchandising, and promotion programs. 15. Coach and mentor Distributors in the "Graco" equipment, parts and literature order process. 16. Manage ALL EXPORT customer service filing - ie - orders, records enquiries and build and improve on current processes. 17. Home based you will start as a Self-Employed Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver

Job Summary

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

What you will be doing

·       Carrier Management

·       Negotiate buying rates to ensure profitability of business

·       Manage the purchasing performance tool within the Department

·       Optimize profitability: Control of bookings through a cockpit, re-purchase when opportunities are identified

·       Escalation points for final validation of DMP (BOLLORE rates approval platform)

·       Work on yield improvement solutions

·       Validation of input for tender bidding

·       Establish guidelines for pricing and procurement in alignment to Middle Office direction

·       Work closely with the sea freight planning team to define and formalize the booking instructions (Routing, Carrier, Schedule) according to customer’s constraints and MO Solutions’ strategy

·       Preform cross-functional collaboration (Business Units, internal customer and pricing) to meet with required information including: Transport mode, price, and transit time

·       Monitor price movements and seasonal price fluctuations

·       Analyze and report on monthly business performance (at GM meeting)

·       Weekly report on vendor management and tasks activities to Head of Sea Freight

·       Design solutions for new products / line by building product strategy with General Manager – Sales

·       Support Vertical / KA managers in marketing / pricing evaluation with economic analyses

·       Provide guidance and correct errors in the company’s internal pricing platform

·       Conduct interviews and recruit junior staff

Team Management

·       Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations

·       Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors

·       Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes

·       Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division

·       Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division

·       Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team

·       Provide support and expertise to MO Operations when needed (e.g. specific quotation requirement)

The successful candidate

·       Bachelor’s degree requirement with min. 10 years of Seafreight experience

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural MNC environment. In Freight-forwarding or Logistics industry will be a plus.

·       Understanding of margin (yield) management

·       Good relations with carriers

·       Resourceful, result oriented and able to work under pressure

·       Excellent organizational skills

·       Good inter-personal skills, able to communicate precisely and effectively

·       Motivated, driven and result-oriented

·       Able to work well in a team as well as independently

·       Meticulous, analytical, and able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment

·       Highly initiative

·       Intermediate Access skill preferred

·       Export Excel skills such as V-look up, macros, pivot tables, is statement, VBA, and ability to create complex formulas and models

·       Good Command of written and spoken English

The Role :Full Time

Home based you will start as a Self-Employed Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver

You will collect and deliver vehicles across the UK. You will be required to plan your own travel between drop off and collections by utilising public transport or through the resource of our network of drivers

Following a successful probationary period, you will be up-skilled to be a Corporate Handover Driver and ultimately trained to join our Inspections team working on blue chip accounts as an Inspector/Driver enjoying the additional benefits associated with the role

Experience is not essential as full training will be given, you must have good customer service skills, a working knowledge of vehicles and have a professional can-do attitude
