One of the primary responsibilities is matching EV customers to our certified contractors. In this role, the Customer Service Representative will be speaking to both EV customers and contractors to answer questions and provide guidance. Another responsibility includes answering questions via web technology on our programmes essentials and how to use the Qmerit technology platform to respond to customers.

With that overview the Customer Service Representative responsibilities are:

• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients while establishing a positive rapport with every caller.
• Monitor each stage of the customer journey through the Qmerit platform for retail and fleet programmes that originate from contract-awarded accounts.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from EV Customers, Dealerships, Charge point manufacturers (EVSE), and electrical contractors.
• Make outgoing calls to contractors and drivers to ensure excellent communication as jobs progress through the customer journey.
• Resolve customer escalations in collaboration with Customer Services Operations Manager.
• Review KPIs and report to internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and choices, considering their assessed needs and individual support and care plans, participating in the development of plans where applicable
• Support individuals to stay safe, taking appropriate action to safeguard their welfare and protect them from abuse wherever possible
• Provide emotional support when needed, maintaining a person-centred approach
• Support service users to participate in chosen social activities and services in their community, manage their finances and medication responsibly, help with practical tasks around the home, and respectfully support with personal care, hygiene and healthcare
• You will be an informal point of contact for those in the service users circle of support (e.g. Families and Social Workers)
• Accurately report and record any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users to monitor their health and wellbeing
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and have regard for the Health, Safety and Welfare of others
• Form appropriate relationships with those we care for and maintain professional boundaries in work.
• Work within organisational policies, procedures and guidance.

The Ideal Candidate

Perform comprehensive assessment of patient nursing needs, plan, implement and evaluate care according to changing health care needs, including providing clinical expertise, advice and guidance in a specialist area of clinical practice to improve the overall care provided by the team. Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team/agencies to ensure that patient needs are met. Involve patients, relatives/carers in the delivery of care, providing reassurance and support to assist their understanding and co-operation. Prepare the clinical area for safe practice by ensuring that cleanliness is maintained, materials and equipment are ready for use, including clearing away afterwards. Provide escort and transfer for patients as directed by the multidisciplinary team. Recognise and respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations. Collect, collate, and report information, maintaining accurate patient records/documentation.

Home Carer – Alcedo Care – Full or Part Time – Crewe - No Experience required

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives? Do you have a caring nature and a desire to support individuals in their own homes?

Join our team of Home Carers in Crewe (including Stoke-on-Trent, Congleton, Winsford, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Market Drayton, Crewe and Frodsham) to help provide care and assist people in their own homes. No previous experience is required as our in-house training team will ensure you are trained to the high standards of care we expect.

This role will include:

• Providing personal care (including bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Administering and documenting medication
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial but not essential.
