Our client is seeking a professional and proactive Lettings Administrator to join their friendly, close-knit team. With a focus on student tenants, alongside some professional tenants, they are looking for someone with relevant experience to help manage their growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing lead enquiries, including contacting applicants and scheduling property viewings
- Conducting property viewings for prospective tenants
- Processing tenant applications, including conducting credit checks for professional
tenants
- Completing all necessary paperwork, including guarantor details and tenancy agreements
- Overseeing tenant check-ins and move-ins, ensuring a smooth process
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations

Key Skills and Experience:

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency with technology, including property management software and virtual viewings
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Previous experience in the lettings industry, ideally within student accommodation
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner

You will coach Managers on employment policies, processes, and best practices, ensuring timely closure of all ER cases within your remit. This role requires a minimum on-site presence of 3 days per week, with some travel to Hereford approximately once every 2 to 3 weeks, and occasional travel to other sites.
