We are now looking for a top-notch Salesforce developer to join us in this mission, designing world class Salesforce applications for Service Cloud and/or Public Sector solutions. You will be responsible to gather project requirements, analyse project objective/goal in order to create customer workflows and troubleshoot errors, eventually to create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the project.

What you will be working on:

Work within an agile development team at the Ministry of Social Development & Family (MSF) to modernise and develop the SSNet (Social Service Net) system. This may include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to validate business requirements
• Developing Apex classes & triggers to support business needs and custom user interface development
• Using Salesforce APIs to integrate with 3rd party systems and integrate with WoG components/services
• Adhering to Salesforce best practices with proper documentation

We are looking for an experienced IT Functional Business Analyst to join our exciting team focusing on Internet Banking for wholesale customers and Supply Chain Financing.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirement and prioritize tasks with Product Owners.
• Refine/elaborate user stories based on business requirements and process design, ensuring that they follow prescribed format. Ensure that user stories have sufficient details so that developers can estimate and work with them.
• Actively participate in Sprint Planning between Product Owner, Scrum Master, and squad members to explain the story requirements.
• Work closely with the vendor team for requirements clarification and system Interface Design.
• Consult Solution Architects and other system owners for technical requirements.
