This is an exciting opportunity covering Nottingham for an individual with previous maintenance experience within a field relating to joinery, fitting, plumbing, painting & decorating etc. You will be a highly motivated individual who can manage your own workflow as well as working within a team when necessary.

As a Maintenance Operative you will be responsible for the Health & Safety of yourself and that of all users of the property during, and after works have been undertaken and completed.

1. Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and traditional architectural methods to develop building plans and designs.
2. Examining space and site requirements.
3. Reviewing technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
4. Negotiating effective technological solutions with investors.
5. Preparing budgets and estimating material costs

To apply for this position, it is essential that:

• You have a degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• You have proficiency with Revit.
• You have experience working across all RIBA stages (Desirable)
• You have transport links to Nottingham.
• Have 2 years minimum of UK working experience.
