Job Responsibilities:

Key Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information in computer systems and databases.
• Filing: Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, ensuring they are accessible and up-to-date.
• Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and staff.
• Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail, including packages and courier services.

Qualifications:

Job Duties:

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring all post is accurately sorted and distributed.
• Engage in lifting and handling of materials

• Prepare outgoing mail, including weighing packages and applying postage.

• Use tracking systems for recorded or special delivery items.

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Assistant to join our team in Glenrothes, Fife. As a General Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and requests promptly and professionally
• Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring a friendly and efficient dining experience for guests
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
