The Compliance Team in Singapore is looking for an intern to assist with a variety of topics.

The successful candidate will also work alongside Ardian’s global compliance team of more than 20 on a variety of global topics and initiatives. The candidate will be expected to throw themselves into topics and be part of a team solution. The candidate will be exposed to the fast pace and changing regulatory landscape of the Asia Offices. It is expected to have an ambition for understanding and interpreting complex topics.

The candidate will support the team with general Compliance topics such as:

• Conduct second-line of defense controls for the Compliance team

He/she shall assist the QC Technician / Operation Executive in ensuring that all the products received from the suppliers according to data sheets, and document results are properly and adequately inspected and to provide to the suppliers with regular quality information. 3. He/she shall make recommendations to the QC Technician / Operation Executive if there is any dispute to the quality control and assurance standards implemented. 11. He/she shall raise a GRR and assist to evaluate the customer returned / rejected goods / repair & service items.

12. He/she shall issue the certificate of compliance to the goods as per delivery order requirements.

13. He/she shall carryout the in-house calibration for listed QC instruments and updates master records, also periodic maintenance to the QC tools and instruments.
