JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs all in process quality inspections and monitoring
• Ensure bodies are clean when entering & releasing units in very station
• Ensure the assembly works are done properly before releasing to the next station
• Ensure assembler use torque for items mentioned in SOP'S
• Ensure color marking of nuts and bolts are carried out
• Ensure correct tools are used
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Verify job cards filled by each station leader
• Recommend improvement to the assembly or production process
• Highlight quality issue timely to line leaders with corrective action report if needed
• Records daily quality issues to monitor records repetitive non-conformance
• Conduct end product inspection to meet quality and safety standard
• Ensure exterior and interior parts are in pristine condition
• Ensure PDI checklist are checked before releasing to sales
• Inspect accessories items are included and in good condition
• Verify all quality issue reported in job sheet has been rectify

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field.
• Overall knowledge in QA and QC job function in production assembly line
• Able to communicate and write proficiently in Mandarin/ English & Bahasa is preferred
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the automotive industry is required for this position
• Team player who can work together with team
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Good attitude and responsible character
• Candidate must possess own transport with valid driving license (D)

Job Summary:

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our

metal stamping, die making, and metal part manufacturing processes. You will develop

and implement quality assurance protocols and collaborate closely with production and

engineering teams to maintain high standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QAQC plans and procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Lead quality inspections, audits, and testing processes to verify that construction work meets project specifications and quality requirements.
• To verify the setup, formed, implementation and operation of the quality and control system by planning and conducting internal quality audits and inspection activities.
• Able to liaise with consultants, clients and related parties.
• To ensure implementation and continuous improvement in overall Quality Systems.

2. Conduct the supplier review to key suppliers in quality system and the production manufacturing process in order to ensure its conformity and continues improvement
3. Participate in the selection and verification of part in the design stage of the company new project
4. Establish and review part quality plan ,define key parameter for incoming inspection 5.Participating new project kickoff meeting and prepare FAE as according to new project requirement
5. Conduct part approval process (FAE), work with supplier and related department function to resolve supplier and material related issue before mass production , to ease project can be started on time.
6. Audit part data sheet and drawing specification are sufficient and completed, determine all key parameters and ensure that the ability of supplier can meet these specification , and feedback the manufacturing and process problem to design department
