To apply applicants must have

A full UK driving licence, held for at least 5 years and with no more than 6 penalty points and no major endorsements such as : CD, IN, DR, DD, TT99
You MUST be over 30 years old to meet insurance requirements
You MUST have Off-road parking i.e. driveway or allocated parking (that is not on the road) at your address
Driving Licence must show current address
