We are currently looking to recruit for Production Operatives to join our Bottle Supply Department at Droitwich Dairy within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business.

The successful candidates will strive to process the most effective and safe way to produce the best quality finished product whilst working to continuously improve in line with the Müller values.

Salary: starting from £31,350.93 per annum plus overtime premiums
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 days 2 nights) 6-6

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:


- Supports to deliver the daily production plan for the line during shift worked
- Operates plant/equipment, carrying out routine basic maintenance
- Understands and works to achieve/exceed daily KPI targets
- Ensures availability of materials and packaging
- Works with Key Operators to carry out start up procedures, ensuring good manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene, and health and safety standards throughout production.
- Ensures an effective hand over between shifts, remaining on line until relief takes over
- Monitors product quality, highlighting non conformance and taking appropriate corrective action
- Ensures SIC and Quality information is accurate, complete and timely
- Completes all documentation, ensuring up to date and available
- Trains operators, ensuring competence to perform allocated jobs

What experience will you need?

If you know about international trading and have a grasp on UK/EU customs requirements, then that would be great.

You will also need to be confident with using MS Excel and familiar with its data analysis features
