The candidate or application must be familiar with WP application on authority portal, procedure, requirement and other scope related to WP holder. Able to communicate with dormitory provider and handle all other foreign worker related issue such as insurance and medical. The candidate also will involve all the work pass payroll and other expenses.

The candidate must be well verse with ground improvement related works. Good communication skill that able to communicate with clients, main contractor and also the site staff. The candidate will be must able to work on site and familiar with construction site requirement. Able to handle and solve the issue that arise.

The candidate must be familiar with heavy machinery electrical and electronic components. Especially Korean brand and product data logger for ground improvement industry. Willing to work long hours and able to response during the night and public holiday. Able to adopt our policy that working for long hours.

The candidate must be familiar with electrical and electronic for heavy construction machinery. The skill must be relevent to diesel construction heavy machineries. Willing to work under the oily and hot environment. Also willing to response and able to react at wee hours when require the trouble shooting and repair.

The candidate must be familiar with handling and managing the heavy equipment for company core business as ground improvement specialist. The candidate must be willing to work long hours including public holiday to support the project teams. Able to work with majority of foreign workers. Candidate most task to understand all the trade tools and equipment.

The candidate must be civil engineering graduate and have knowledge in soil improvement works. Such as DSM, JGP and ground anchor scope. Must be able to work long hours and able to communicate and work closely with different type of foreign nationality. The candidate should have experience and knowledge related to soil information and grouting materials.

The candidate must be able to repair and handle heavy machinery for our company core trade. such as heavy mechinery for deep grouting, grout pump, high pressure cement grout pump. Also able to do some Lathe machine for fabrication and machining of tools. The candidate must be willing to work under hot and oil stain environment.

Managing the deployment of machinery to construction worksite, handling the day to day construction material and equipment to support the work site. Inventory the storage equipment and materials. Monitoring the maintenance regime for all the heavy machineries and others construction equipment. Able to supervise and control foreign workers at store and workshop for daily work activity.
