About the role:
General Finance Management is responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the organization including:
•Controlling its financial resources and ensuring that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards
•Financial analysis and reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and costs control, and budgeting and forecasting
•Analyzing the organization's revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position
•Evaluating and recommending investments and other financial instruments to meet cash flow needs
•Advising management on financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations on the organization
•Providing expertise and advice to managers to help them develop budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities
•Presenting findings and recommendations to top executives; preparing financial reports that may include auditor and financial analyst reports, profit and loss, balance sheets, and regulatory reports and filings
•Ensuring all tax returns, declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time
•Selecting and managing relationships with consultants and advisors to ensure the satisfactory standards of service.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Support the leadership by leading new processes' implementation, transparency improvement and redesign internal processes with the goal of changing the status quo.
- Support the leadership with Strategic financials scenarios to support leadership decision making.
- Budget forecasting and controls focused on optimizing spend (MRO, Transportation, Chargebacks, and others).
- Reporting and visibility improvement: develop new generation of reporting to better attend and support the operation (Power BI, Share point).
- Fixed Asset management (Capital Expenditure, Assets capitalization, assets disposal, and physical Inventory coordination).
- Develops and details internal controls and maintains accounting systems to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures and audit requirements.
- Preparation of economic feasibility analysis of Capex (PPR, PIR, NPV, Payback, IRR, return on investment).
- Working Capital control (AR and Inventory management) – Interact with the Supply Chain team to find the best equation for our Working Capital.
- Financial and Accounting activities related to the Planning, Forecasting and Closing processes.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 1-3 years Finance and/or accounting experience.
- Experience with Oracle EBS preferred.
- Experience with Connected Planning preferred.
