This role will run middle office operations initiatives for the alternative arm of State Streets largest IMS Client.

Individual Accountabilities
- Ability to lead and manage a team ensuring development and growth of skills
- Ability to lead Client on-boarding and/or large project implementations
- Product expert for Centre of excellence. Comprehensive and demonstrated knowledge of overall process and operating models
- Develop and deliver training/coaching
- Subject matter expert for corporate committees and initiatives
- In depth knowledge of the Alternative asset class and the multiple internal and external dependencies required to successfully support initiatives to the end client delivery
- Experience in leading global organizations. Experience in or exposure to Fund Accounting, Custody, Financial Reporting, Recon, Fund Operations, Trade Processing, Middle Office, Risk Oversight, Relationship Management, Automation and Management Reporting are required
- Lead and manage a consistent high quality service delivery to the client across all Service functions, working closely with GS Client Executive & Client Service Teams
- Exercise discretion and judgment with respect to matters of significance
- Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyse and proactively resolve issues
- Encourage suggestions for, and implementation of, continuous improvements to core products and services
- Help others adapt to new values, attitudes, norms and behaviours that support new ways of doing work and limiting risk

Education, Experience and Key Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent
- 10 years of related financial services experience
- Project management/Business Analysis/Client Solutions expertise required
- Strong Bank Loans Product Knowledge a plus
- An understanding of Change Management
- Ability to evaluate and analyse complex data
- Experience in Middle or Back Office Core Operations an advantage
- Experience in documentation of Operational processes
- Direct client facing experience
- Strong analytical and solid time management skills, able to prioritize & meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Agile project methodology experience and testing support experience is preferred
- An understanding of in house applications an advantage – WSO, RKS, GTM, MTEX, TIER, MCH, ESP
- Team Player with can-do attitude

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $202,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
